Our 10 double occupancy guest rooms—each with a private bath— reflect the guest ranch’s rustic elegance in every detail, including an eclectic collection of local art and memorabilia.

Each beautifully appointed room has a distinctive look—right down to the linens. All rooms have a stereo/CD player, hair dryer, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. We encourage guests to bring their own refreshments and alcoholic beverages.

In keeping with the escape from the everyday, there are no telephones or televisions in our guest rooms. Satellite television and phone service are provided in our Lodge. We request you bring calling cards for all long distance calls. Cell service is spotty, at best, depending on your carrier.  Verizon seems to be the only service that will work.

Your stay at Price Canyon Ranch includes three full meals daily prepared from scratch in our ranch kitchen and served family style. Wake up to the smell of piping-hot biscuits at breakfast and enjoy healthy, satisfying comfort foods such as stews, salads and soups. 
Meals come with coffee, tea and lemonade.

Check in is noon. Check out is noon. This allows time for an extra ride (coming and going). Lunch is offered at noon on both days.

During high season— October and April—we require a minimum three-night stay. All other months there is a two night minimum. Weekly rates are available. A 6.05% tax and 15% gratuity will be added.

Rates are subject to change without notice, although every effort will be made to inform guests beforehand.

We especially encourage couples, families with older children and corporate team-building groups to stay with us. We do not offer supervised children’s programs.

Guest rates are:

12 years of age or older, single occupancy       $225 per night per person

12 years of age or older, double occupancy     $200 per night per person

We require a two-day deposit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy for a full refund. For scheduling changes within 30 days prior to your stay, we require a $100 rebooking fee, subject to availability.

We accept cash, personal checks and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
